Kelli Nary is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA) serving clients in Southlake, Keller, Grapevine, and the greater DFW area. Her approach to therapy is relational, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens within safe, connected relationships. Kelli integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Bowen Family Systems Theory, tailoring her approach to the unique needs of each individual, couple, or family she works with.
Kelli believes that while we cannot change the past, we can understand it, make sense of how it shapes our present, and intentionally create new and healthier patterns. Clients often describe her as warm, steady, and deeply attuned—someone who helps them feel both understood and empowered. She views therapy as a partnership and works closely with clients to honor their
goals, preferences, and lived experiences.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, Kelli has experience supporting couples, children, teens, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, depression, relationship challenges, conflict, and major life transitions. She has a special passion for couples work and premarital counseling, helping partners strengthen emotional connection, communication, and understanding. Kelli also offers faith informed counseling for clients who wish to integrate their
spiritual beliefs into the therapeutic process.
Kelli earned her Bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University and her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Texas Woman’s University. She is passionate about walking alongside clients as they navigate change, build resilience, and move toward more connected, meaningful, and fulfilling lives.
Kelli is supervised by Michelle Luttrell, Marriage & Family Therapist, MA, LMFT-S.
